newest outpost of the Clear Sky Franchise is
definitely a Destination for Downtown. The Global
Menu ramps up the usual Well thought thru. Across
from the Capital Theatre, its a great choice for Pre- or
after Performances.
SAMPLE OF MENU: A great Hanger Steak (6 oz), Churrasco Style, chimichurri sauce, yucca fries, roasted baby carrots @ $16. Union Jade Cottage Pie ground lamb and beef - mashed potatoes, green peas, cheddar @ $14. Pan Seared Scallops- w/ quinoa, Brussel sprouts, grape tomatoes @ $22. Not your Roomates Ramen - Ramen noodles with crispy pork, wild mushroom, cabbage, pickled veggies Delic. @ $13 the plate.
