VINAIGRETTE:
¾ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon dried basil
OR ¾ teaspoon fresh chopped basil
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
OR ¾ teaspoon fresh chopped oregano
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
OR ¾ teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
Sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Yields approximately 1 cup
In a jar, add the Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper, cover; then shake, shake, shake. Chill until ready to serve.
