clove garlic, minced

pounds cooked turkey for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes

teaspoon rosemary

teaspoon dried thyme
Freshly
ground pepper to taste
Salt,

cups chicken stock

cup dry white wine

to 8 carrots, pealed and cut into chunks
4
small whole onions, peeled and quartered
4
ribs celery, cut into pieces

to 3 medium potatoes, sliced with skins

tablespoons flour dissolved in 3 tablespoons water
2
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Serves 6.
In a
large Dutch oven, heat the oil, add the garlic and all the vegetables.
Add the water, stock, wine, rosemary, thyme, pepper and salt.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add the cooked turkey and continue to
simmer 20 minutes longer, adding the flour water mixture to thicken.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
