EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DIPPING SAUCE


            ¾ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
            
¼ cup Colavita balsamic vinegar
            2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
            1 teaspoon salt
            
½ teaspoon sugar
            Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Variations on above:

      1.  Eliminate mustard, add Juice of ½ lemon,
                                        1 tablespoon dried herbs
                                        choice of thyme, oregano, savory, ground rosemary

                                        (If desired) sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes.

      2.  Eliminate mustard,
add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.

      3.  Eliminate mustard, add curry powder, to taste.
