TROPICAL BLUEBERRY SALSA

Heat the Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet and sauté cutlets. As the cutlets are finished, transfer them to a serving platter and keep warm. To the same skillet and remaining juices add the rum; deglaze pan. |
