The Love Chef


Drink Recipes


Harry's Bar in Venice features this drink that has reached our shores. I had the original at Harry's, then came home and created this recipe.


            2 ounces peach juice (from fresh peaches or bottled concentrate)
            4 ounces ice-cold champagne, sparkling wine, or dry white wine*
            Dash grenadine syrup (optional)

*Bolla Pinot Grigio

Combine all ingredients and serve straight up.

Serves 1.
