cup Splenda Granular
one-ounce square unsweetened baker’s chocolate, grated
ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
tablespoons Amaretto liqueur, plus more for drizzling
cup fresh strawberries, sliced
cup sliced almonds, toasted
Combine the Splenda and chocolate, then blend in ricotta cheese and
the 2 tablespoons of Amaretto.
Divide the sliced strawberries on 4 plates, drizzle with Amaretto,
and spoon on ricotta cheese mixture in a mound. Sprinkle with
almonds and serve.
