WAGON TRAIN

            ½ pound wagon wheel pasta
            1 ½ cups whole milk
            8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
               (more if desired)
            6 to 8 nonfat beef franks, sliced

Serves 4 to 6

Cook the pasta. In a large saucepan, heat the milk and cheese, and add the franks. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
