ALPHABET PASTA

            1 quart chicken stock
            8 ounces alphabet pasta
            2 large egg whites
            2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Serves 4 to 6

In a medium saucepan, bring the stock to a boil and add the pasta. When the pasta is almost done, add the egg whites and quickly stir. Add the cheese and serve.
