It's a difficult choice to make between RISOTTO or PASTA as a main course since each is prepared with expertise.

Alla Provinciale -- risotto with ground sausage, Italian gorgonzola, and herbs de Provence @ $15.00.

PASTA dishes full of flavor -- the chef's Pappardelle with Guinea Hen and morel mushroom ragu @ $13.00.

Filleto Di Bue Piemotese Rombo con Prosciutto -- Medallions of Piedmontese beef loin wrapped with prosciutto -- platted with roasted potato and Italian broccoli @ $23.00.

Lombata Di Miele con Tortino De Patate -- 14 ounce pork chop stuffed with prosciutto, fontina cheese, Yukon gold potatoes and mushroom terrine @ $24.00.

Salmon alla Italiana -- "Skin on" seared British Columbia Salmon with Italian beans, greens @ $19.00.
