In the busy downtown area, it’s refreshing to be able to dine outdoors at the attractive Bella Restaurant.  Attractive interior and inviting bar.

The Food

Starters:

Spinach Artichoke Dip. Blend of baby artichokes, spinach, Dijon mustard, sour cream, fresh basil with toasted focaccia sticks @ $8.00.

Retro Shrimp Scampi. Three large shrimp served with Bella's garlic butter and toasted focaccia @ $12.00.

Smoked Jalapeno BBQ Glazed Chicken Quesadilla. With jalapeno, Jack cheese, bacon, caramelized sweet onions, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream and avocado orange salsa @ $8.00.

Sautéed Brie. With sundried cranberry salsa and grilled Tuscan bread @ $8.00.

Bella Potatoes. Purple potatoes lightly fried served with scallion, sour cream and sweet Thai chile sauce @ $8.00.

Unorthodox Shrimp Spring Rolls. With Asian vegetables, Sriracha and Szechuan vinaigrette @ $12.00.

Sautéed Bella Crab Cakes. With a spicy remoulade and a sweet chile infused melon relish @ $11.00.

Thai Chicken Potstickers. With Sriracha chile sauce and ponzu vinaigrette @ $9.00.

Bella Baci. Italian sausage and cheese pasta kisses with tomato sauce @ $10.00.

Farfalle Vegetali. Bow tie pasta with mushrooms, spinach and sundried tomatoes tossed in a gorgonzola balsamic brown butter sauce @ $11.00/$15.00.

Dinners:

Sautéed Veal Medallions. On black pepper fettucine in a Madeira wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes @ $25.00.

Pan Seared Horseradish Encrusted Sea Scallops. Served with tomato couscous and a Dijon buerre blanc @ $25.00.

Pollo Piccata. Sautéed chicken breast with lemon butter, artichokes, capers, tomatoes served over black pepper fettucine @ $17.00.

Chile Spiced Filet of Beef. With warm potato salad and a caramelized shallot sauce @ A.Q.

Pan Seared Cinnamon Salmon. With crispy Yukon potatoes and a toasted crab sherry cream sauce @ $28.00.

Rare Ahi Tuna. With Yukon gold whip potatoes, snow peas, Wasabi butter, Sriracha and sweet soy reduction @ $25.00.

Sautéed Asiago Encrusted Halibut. On black pepper risotto and tomato caper butter @ $19.00.

Szechuan Barbeque Pork Chops. With sesame encrusted roasted Yukon gold potatoes @ $19.00.

Grilled Shrimp and Scallop Skewer. Grilled shrimp and scallops over grilled pesto marinated zucchini and yellow squash accented by a sweet herb vinaigrette @ $27.00.

A great pre-theater BAR and decent wine list.
