The Food

Braised Brisket of Beef - This dish includes cabbage, carrots, red potatoes and 
horseradish sauce @ $12.95.

Pan Seared Trout - Dressed with almonds and lemon, caper sauce, mashed 
potatoes and fresh vegetables of the day @ $12.50.

Peanut Honey Glazed Rotisserie Duck - With Swiss spatzle and fresh vegetables of the day @ $14.95.

Braised Lamb Shank Jardinière - Mascarpone herbal polenta and fresh vegetables of the day @ $12.95.
