Description of Restaurant:

For over 25 years, the Rizzo family (always in attendance) have been serving travelers and locals alike with a consistent kitchen, using family recipes and the finest local and imported ingredients. For visitors traveling from the Hearst Castle or en route to San Francisco or Los Angeles, this is a delightful culinary experience.

The restaurant is attractive with a European elegance and, weather permitting, has comfortable outside seating.

Antipasti - Two of the House Specials:
Mozzarella Burrata - soft buffala mozzarella, creamy mozzarella inside olive oil, sea salt and crostini @ $10.00

Carpaccio "Café Roma"
- thinly sliced raw Angus steak with capers, Parmesan cheese, and a light mustard sauce @ $9.00
Insalate - Two of the Favorites:
Locally grown organic lettuces.

- roasted beets, fennel, avocado, green beans, blue cheese, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil @ $9.00

Insalata Café Roma
- fresh chopped lettuces with mushroom, onion, salami, mozzarella cheese and garbanzo beans @ $7.00
Pizze - Two of the five extraordinary Pizzas:

Bianca - Parmesan, mozzarella, oregano, garlic, arugula and olive oil @ $11.00

Cipolla e Gorgonzola
- caramelized onions and Gorgonzola cheese @ $11.00

Tortelli di Zucca - large ravioli filled with Italian squash with a Parmesan and sage sauce @ $14.00

Cannelloni "Maria Rosa" - homemade chicken and spinach filled cannelloni pasta with a bechamel and tomato sauce "Maria Specialty" @ $14.00

Linguine e Vongole - linguine pasta with fresh clams in either a spicy tomato or white wine sauce @ $16.00

Lasagna Pasticciata - homemade spinach pasta lasagna with meat and bechamel sauce @ $15.00

Pappardelle ai Funghi di Bosco - wide ribbon pasta with mixed wild mushrooms, green peas and smoke pancetta @ $15.00

Rigatoni al Ragu di Agnello - rigatoni pasta with a Gold Ridge Farm organic lamb ragu @ $16.00

Veal Chop with Rosemary and Garlic
