1 cup turkey gravy
½ cup minced onion
1 cup boiled potatoes, unpeeled and diced
½ cup thinly sliced celery

sliced mushrooms
3 healthy pinches of parsley flakes
Fresh grating of nutmeg
2 pinches of ground rosemary
2 cups diced cooked turkey

Heat the gravy in a broiler-proof pan and add the onion, potatoes, celery, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer about 8 minutes.
Add the parsley flakes, nutmeg, and rosemary. Add the turkey and blend thoroughly. Cook another 5 minutes. Put the pan under the broiler for a few minutes until hash is crisp on top.
