SALMON PATÉ SPREAD


             14.75 ounce can of salmon
             8 ounces cream cheese
             1 small chopped shallot
             1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
             1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
             Juice of ½ lemon
             Dash of Liquid Smoke

Drain and clean salmon of all bones, skin, etc. Mix in cream cheese and blend together. Add all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours, then form into desired shape.

Option: Decorate with chopped parsley, nuts, etc. Be creative!!
